  1. Im 55 and because of combat related complexed PTSD and anxiety I cant work, sooooo i went on to temu and purchased a few tools including a digital microscope, im starting to practice on broken devices, im getting massive help from a few channels, your’s and a few others you have on your list .. many thanks to you and the others i watch for giving me inspiration 😁🙏🫡

  2. I’m a complete noob, or atleast I consider myself one.

Still managed to fix X4 Samsung phones (battery, usb, screen, WiFi module)
Two Samsung tablets (fk you Knox)
    Two apple iPads.
Three laptops (screen, hinges, WiFi, ethernet, dvd drive and various common issues)
    Three psp’s, two ps vitas,
God knows how many computers and build them (not hard TBF)
    Raspberry pi,
    Two PLA’s
And some other stuff I probably don’t remember.

Jail break who knows how many devices,
If I have any advice for anybody doing this stuff, other than being forced to because you’re also poor like me, it is that mistakes make you better.

Each time you fuck up, you’re taking it apart again, learning where you went wrong, finding out you put a screw in the wrong place, didn’t properly secure a WiFi antenna, slightly loose ribbon cable as you’ve closed the case up.

TL:DR . MISTAKES MAKE YOU BETTER,

  3. I was an apprentice tv engineer in the 60’s repairing black & white TV’s then went on to colour TV’s . I graduated to aircraft electronics. The urge to fix stuff is like a drug, absolutely anything that stops working I must know why. It’s cheaper now to replace a board so the skills of repairing to component level has gone. Thanks for sharing your journey.
